INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup – Coriander chopped finely
- 1 tbsp – Ginger chopped finely or grated ginger
- 2 – Green chillies chopped finely
- 10 – Mint leaves
- 1 cup – Boondi to top the chaas
- Salt/black salt – As Required
- 1 tsp – roasted cumin seeds/powdered
- 1 cup yogurt/chaas bottle from local milkman
- 1 glass water/icecubes
FORMULA:
- Churn the yogurt with a glass of water or 4 -5 icecubes – depends what consistency you are looking for
- Add the salt
- Put in the green chillies and mint leaves
- Churn slowly and add the finely chopped coriander
- Now add powdered cumin seeds powder
- Pour into metal glasses and top with boondi
- Fresh Chaas can be ordered from the milkman
- Black salt can be replaced with Himalayan salt
